Very happy with my product

I order two puzzles and one game. I love the jigsaw puzzles (Grinch and E.T.). They are so fun to put together!

Well to start off I paid for next day delivery and then I felt like I was being messed around as you guys were telling me that Parcelforce had my parcel so I got in contact with them and they told me that they were still waiting for you to send it to them. And then I when I told the customer services this they conveniently sent me a 'replacement' order to try and fix their mistake. I don't appreciate feeling like I was being made a fool of.

I (impulse) bought a lamp and I couldn’t be happier! It arrived super quick, in good condition. Lamp was in original box & packaged in a bigger box with cardboard packing inside (instead of bubble wrap). Overall, really pleased.

Great service. I had a slight issue with my order but customer service were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I'd been eyeing up the same product from a different seller but found it here for half the price. The exact same product. I would recommend this company to others and I'd shop from here again.

I didn't know about this website until I was looking fro a cute shelf and google shopping suggested me these amazing and cute shelves from YesIWantIt for so cheap...I was a bit sceptical to see such amazing prices for such beautiful items (ya'll know the Wish meme, right?), but I took the plunge and ordered.
They have been pretty fast, the items are as pictured on the website regardless of the excellent prices and I did buy a couple of things for me and my friends....well, I think I will order again soon because they have a nice assortment of cute nerdy things that are not that easy to find at an honest price! It is actually dangerous because this website can be addictive as they sell stuff that are sold her around London for higher prices

Ordered a mirror from here and it arrived scratched. I contacted customer services who sent out a replacement ASAP but expected me to pay postage to return the damaged item they had sent me when I had already paid for it to be posted in the first place! Once I explained I was not comfortable doing this they told me to dispose of the original mirror. The replacement mirror then turned up and was also scratched! Given up this time and just going to keep the frame and replace the mirror myself. I wouldn’t bother ordering from the site again.

Shop offers original items. When I encountered a technical problem just when trying to make the payment for the order I put, I received a quick and useful reply from custumer service. The parcel arrived quickly : I was surprised it was so big, but then I saw YIWI had protected my order in a very clever way. Very pleased with all.

This is my first visit and purchase from this website. I love the unique amd quirky things that they sell. I bought a hanging plant pot with lunar phase design on it. It's lovely hanging in my bathroom. I will definitely be returning to buy some of the neon light bulbs with cool words written inside the bulb.

NO news , noreceive the order , no way to contact but I paid , absolute disaster

I received a SMS asking me to send " to acelerate the Customs " my pasport , identity card etc , of course I do not send my documentation

What´s next ??

I was very happy with the products - lovely colourful vases - but I would think twice about using Yes I Want It again because of their choice of courier. I paid for next day delivery because they were Christmas gifts, but it took over a week to get my order due to lack of updates (directly or through tracking on the website provided) and not being given any notice of when the courier would arrive. The gifts will now have to be given out in January :-(

Bought this as my sons main Christmas present I have followed the instruction to the letter , we have gone though 4 bottle of syrup but still not had a slush drink , it did not frezze the first time the second time it over frezzed 3 time we poured the drink it was salty . Feeling very frustrated and waste of money. But mainly an upset boy who just wanted to have a slush at home with his Christmas lunch. It did arrive on time but the product itself very poor

Fantastic site with great prices compared to others and always the chance of a bargain,I often end up here when price checking desired items before purchase.Lots of great fun household items to help make your home a happy place or put a smile on the face of someone your buying a gift,sells good quality items from brands that you don't see everywhere.Only downside is how excited people will get when visiting your house,we are used to this now we just let folks wander about and play whilst we make them a nice cup of tea,usually they will then be capable of a nice chat and will have stopped making strange noises.Every delivery is a box of delights.
